MCP overview
Give an MCP client access to Alpha’s vault-scoped knowledge and actions.
Alpha’s MCP server lets compatible assistants search meetings, email, files, entities, tasks, and artifacts. It can also create approved tasks and artifacts, send email, and schedule meetings when the connected person has permission.
Server URL
The server supports OAuth 2.1 discovery, dynamic client registration for approved clients, authorization code exchange, PKCE, and bearer tokens. The user signs in to Alpha and approves access. The resulting token carries that user’s current organization and vault permissions.
What is available
Search entities, transcripts, meetings, email threads, files, findings, plans, and graph connections.
List accessible vaults and ask Alpha to suggest the relevant vault before searching.
Add tasks, resolve conflicts, generate artifacts, send email, or schedule a meeting when the user has the required role.
One reviewed tool catalog
MCP, REST, OpenAPI, and both SDKs are generated from the same public tool catalog. Internal admin, maintenance, migration, reset, seed, and test functions are not registered as MCP tools and do not appear in the developer surface.
The MCP connection is personal. It does not grant the assistant broader access than the person approving it.
